Adbi Kunj remembers 'Swami Vivekananda' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 9: To observe 113th death anniversary of legendary personality of the time 'Yug Purash Swami Vivekananda,' the literary organization, Adbi Kunj J&K Jammu today organised a special memorial function to pay tributes to late soul at its literary centre at Talab Tillo, Jammu. The function was organized to generate awareness among youth about the values of Swami Vivekananda and help building strong and vibrant India. In his opening remarks President Adbi Kunj Jammu Sham Talib dwelt upon his contribution in promoting global values youth and others. On this occasion other special invitees namely Aarash Om Dalmotra, M.L. Ganjoo Frisal, Amar Singh Koka, Santosh Nadan, K.L. Dewana and others threw light on the life and remarkable services of Swami Vivekananda towards human being. Speakers said that Swami Vivekananda was a learned scholar who treated all religions equally. The prose session was also held on this occasion in which many literary luminaries recited their works. Meantime on the holy occasion of Holy month of Ramzan, Sham Parkash sang a religious Nait. In the end the vote of thanks was presented by Aarash Om Dalmotra Chairman Adbi Kunj Jammu. |
