Jammu, July 9: In an emergency meeting the Consumer Welfare Assn (CWA) the members expressed their concerns over the suffering 'Consumer Cause' on account of withdrawal of powers of Health Officer, JMC/SMC as Designated Officers, to be in charge 'Food Safety Administration' for JMC/SMC areas and demanded from concerned Commissioners to empower them.
