Vridh Ashram celebrates 115th Birth Anniversary of Prabhakar 7/9/2015 11:36:51 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 9: The management and inmates of Home for the Aged and Infirm (Popularly known as Vridh Ashram) today celebrated celebrated 115th Birth Anniversary of its founder Ram Nath Prabhakar by performing hawan-poojan in the morning. Clothes were distributed among the inmates and cash incentive was paid to each worker. The celebrations concluded by serving lunch to the invitees with inmates. The President Prem Gupta, Former IGP, J&K paid rich tributes to Prabhakar who retired as Head Master, devotees his life in services of the poor and aged destitute and infirm members of the society. The Vice President I.D.Soni State Commissioner for Scouts and Guides while paying his tributes, describe Prabhakar as a great visionary who could foresee necessity of such as Home for aged and infirm persons in the ever changing society.
