New office bearers of DGPC Udhampur elected 7/21/2015 12:28:24 AM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, July 20 : A meeting of newly elected District Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee (DGPC) was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary here today. New office bearers of DGPC were unanimously elected under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner Udhampur. The DC congratulated the newly elected committee of DGPC for peaceful conduct of DGPC elections in the district and assured all possible cooperation and support from District Administration to them. He stressed upon the DGPC to work with dedication and sincerity for welfare of the people. Out of the 11 elected members, ten members were present in the meeting and unanimously resolved that the committee be framed under the presidentship of S. Satvinder Singh. The DGPC Udhampur is affiliated to the Mahant Manjeet Singh Dera Nangali Sahib. S.Satvinder Singh from Rehambal-3 segment was unanimously elected as president for DGPC Udhampur, S. Ranjit Singh from Udhampur -D as vice president, S. Nardeep Singh from Udhampur-E as General secretary, S. Gurmeet Singh from Udhampur -A as Joint secretary while S. Jasvinder Singh from Rehambal-1 as Cashier of the DGPC, Udhampur.
