DB directs Addl Secy HU&UDD to file status report 8/31/2015 11:23:01 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 31:In a PIL filed by JKNPP supremo Bhim Singh alleging transfer of 623 kanals and 10 marlas of forest land to the Jammu Development Authority (JDA) for construction of a colony at Sidhra, Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar and Justice BS Walia granted one weeks time to Additional Secretary to Government, Housing & Urban Development Department (HU&UDD) to file fresh report in this regard. Division Bench of High Court today observed that Principal Secreatry to Govt Forest Department has filed supplementary affidavit and further granted one weeks time to Additional Secretary to Government, Housing & Urban Development Department (HU&UDD) to file fresh affidavit stating therein the present status of the land with the break up having regard to the person/persons in possession of the land and the extent of their possession.
