Police go slow on issue of MMS of sr officer's wife Involvement of a big businessman suspected 8/31/2015 11:52:31 PM Early Times Report jammu, Aug 31: Police are alleged to have slowed down their investigation in an alleged case of MMS of the wife of a senior administrative officer after the needle of suspicion pointed towards a prominent business of the city. The officer, who is now on deputation, lodged a complaint with police a few days back that someone had made the MMS of his wife. "Since the officer, who has also remained posted with the State Governor, is quite influential in the State administration, police started investigation in the case, using all their resources," police sources said. The officer's wife then worked with a private insurance company. Police first of all questioned a lower rank employee of the insurance company as the MMS was found to have been circulated from his cellphone. During his questioning and the questioning of some other employees of the insurance company, police got clues to the identity of the man who was behind the making of the MMS but the investigation slowed down all of a sudden because the suspect "is a top businessman of the city who had expanded his business outside the State also", sources alleged.
