Kathua, Sept 8: Kathua Police claimed to have arrested a burglar alongwith stolen cash and mobile on his disclosures.
Police have identified the accused namely Ashok Jasrotia S/o Suresh Singh R/o W-3, Krishna Colony Kathua.
Police said that on specific information police apprehended him and put him on sustained questioning. "He admitted of committing crime and on his disclosures police recovered cash amounting to Rs.45,000/- alongwith a fresh mobile worth Rs.7,800/-, police said.
"He further is being questioned to have clue on the burglary that had taken place during recent past in the area," police said.
Meanwhile police said that accused person was also wanted in case FIR No. 263/2015 u/s 457/380 RPC of P/S Kathua. |
