| Murder accused held | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar Sept 8: Police today arrested the accused involved in murder of 30 year old driver Nisar Ahmed of Hullar Kishtwar on Saturday last at every busy hospital chowk Kishtwar during broad day light.
As per the details available with "Early Times" police party lead by SHO police Station Kishtwar Sameer Jeelani conducted raids at several place and finally manage to arrest the murder accuse identified by the police as Imtiyaz Ahmed son of Mehraj-ud-Din Khan also resident of Hullar Kishtwar from Galhar area of Nagsini while he was on run. Kishtwar police since last four days has laid nakkas on all incoming and outgoing routes of Kishtwar District beside also covered the bridges so that the accuse could not escape from Kishtwar police jurisdiction.
As per the details available with "Early Times", the incident took place at around 10.30 AM on September 5, 2015 when both accused as well as the victim had a meeting to settle out the issue of timing for the departure of the vehicles playing on Kishtwar-Hullar route resulted into the heated arguments between the two which ultimately led to the murder of Nisar Ahmed and subsequently Kishtwar police register FIR No. 152 U/S 302 RPC.
Meanwhile another accuse identified by police as 20 year Munna son of Ajeet Singh resident of Kuleed Kishtwar was also arrested for stabbing 21 year old Ankush Singh son of Gautam Singh with sharp edge weapon. The incident took place on September 4, 2015 at Kuleed Chowk. Ankush Singh received 17 stitches in and around his neck and is still recovering in hospital. |
