| APS Kaluchak organizes rally | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep t17 : Scouts and Guides Department, Army Public School Kaluchak organized a Cubs and Bulbul rally on "Save trees - Save earth", on the concluding day of plantation week from 11-9-15 to 17-9 15 in the school premises.
The rally began with a flag off by the Principal Army Public School Kaluchak, Hem Lata Vishen. Before flagging- off she interacted with the students regarding the importance of plants in our life and was delighted to see the enthusiasm and response of the children. Children went marching from school premises to Golconda Enclave where they presented Nukkad Natak for the residents of the Enclave and motivate them to plant more trees for healthy and clean environment.
During the week, Scouts and Guides and NCC cadets of the school had planted a large number of trees in the school campus during the mass plantation drive.
They enthusiastically took the pledge of planting more and more trees. |
