Yudhvir Sethi emerges as "Super Minister- Super MLA" 9/18/2015 12:30:03 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 17: Resentment was brewing among officers/officials of the Education Department against unnecessary interference of BJP leader Yudhvir Sethi in the function of the Department. Yudhvir Sethi, who is husband of Minister of State for Education, Priya Sethi, has emerged as "super-Minister" because Education Department in Jammu region is functioning on his directions. Credible sources in the Education Department said that Sethi is monitoring day-to-day functioning of the department and without his consent it is not possible for the officers to even a small decision. It is known to everyone that Yudhvir Sethi participate in all functions be it social, official and political along with his minister wife but now he has started interfering in the functioning of the various wings of the Department. Credible sources revealed that Minister's husband is taking report from all officers of the Education Department, mostly in Jammu region to tighten his grip on the Department. Unofficially, officers of the Education Department usually give briefing to Yudhvir Sethi about day -to-day functioning of the Department instead of MoS Education Priya Sethi. He is giving directions to the officers. The "super Minister" is not only interfering in the function of Education Department but he is also emerged as "Super MLA" of Jammu East, from where people have elected Rajesh Gupta as their representative. Instead of taking duly elected Rajesh Gupta into confidence while taking various developmental activities, Yudhvir Sethi is himself starting developmental projects. On the one hand, officers/officials of Education Department are confused to whom they have to brief about the department, similar workers of BJP are also confused about who is their MLAs in Jammu East.
