Jammu, Sept 17 : Hotel Asia is organizing ten day "Middle Eastern Food Festival" from 18th to 27th September 2015 at their multi Cuisine "Pavilion - Restaurant". Hotel Asia is ready with some unique and new flavor for Jammu elites. Middle Eastern Cuisine is the cuisine of various countries and peoples of the Middle East. As per Naresh Dabral - Executive Chief of Hotel Asia, the cuisine of the region is diverse while having a degree of homogeneity in eating habits and Culture. Some commonly used ingredients include olives and olive oil, pitas, honey, sesame seeds, dates, sumac, chickpeas, various herbs and spices whereas prominent among the meat preparations are grilled meats, or kebabs.
