Bovine smuggler held, 4 animals recovered 10/4/2015 11:40:14 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 4: Phallian Mandal police foiled a bovine smuggling bid, recovered four animals and arrested a smuggler. Police spokesman said that on specific information party led by in-charge police post Phallian Mandal SI Balram Sharma last night raised a naka at Phallaian Mandal and intercepted a Mahindra Bolero bearing registration number JK02AX-5188. Police spokesman said that during search they rescued 4 buffaloes from the custody of Mohd. Aslam of Agra Chak R S Pura which the smuggler was carrying without legal documents.
