NSF to lodge protest against VC JU on completion of one year tenure 10/29/2015 11:53:35 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 29 : The National Secular Forum (NSF) has called upon all the stakeholders of Jammu University (JU) to observe black day onOctober 31 to denounce the one year in office of incumbent Vice Chancellor Prof Ramji Dass Sharma whose misrule completely ruined the institution during this period. Addressing a press conference here today, NSF district president Rishikesh Rana said the incumbent Vice Chancellor was working in an authoritative manner and patronized corruption and nepotism in the institution which has led to the deterioration in system.
