SMSCE organizes Swachh Bharat Abhiyan 10/29/2015 11:55:28 PM Jammu, Oct 29 : Under the " Swachh Bharat Abhiyan launched by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, NSS Regional Centre New Delhi, the NSS Unit of Sant Mela Singh College of Education, Digiana, Jammu today organized the cleanliness drive of the college premises and its surroundings. NSS volunteers enthusiastically participated in the programme to clean the college premises and its surroundings . Chairman of the College, Prof. Anmol Singh created awareness amongst the students about the harmful effects of filth and appreciated the voluntarily efforts of the students who were motivated by the College Principal, Dr. Kiran Luthra adding further that NSS activities provide students an opportunity to face the real life situations and problems of the community and work together for the common cause.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
