RR conducts entrepreneurship training 11/20/2015 12:15:16 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 19: The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion located at Bagga under the aegis of Rashtriya Rifles Counter Insurgency Force Headquarters, Reasi is conducting the programme in coordination with the Jammu Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) under the Himayat Self Employment Component as part of skills Empowerment and Employability Scheme of Prime Minister Office and Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. The goodwill project will widen the base of entrepreneurship and empowering youth in the remote areas of Gulabgarh. The two week Entrepreneurship Development Programme is for 80 unemployed youth of Mahore. The objective of the programme is to promote enterprise led livelihood by imparting training, sector exposure, financial linkages, hand holding and mentoring support to aspiring candidates to take-up entrepreneurial activities. Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) is aimed at imparting skills in selection of a product, service, planning, erection and functioning of the units for efficient management.
