A case of "teasing" of a woman cop inside police station A photograph leaked to press, others shows how a Havaldar has crossed all limits of indecency 11/20/2015 12:22:24 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 19: In a photograph leaked to press and others, a startling case of alleged teasing of a woman cop inside a police station in Poonch district has come to fore. It shows how a Havaldar has crossed all limits of indecency inside the police station where women come to seek justice for such acts of anti-social elements against them. If sources are to be believed, it is a case of "forced" romance inside the police station. "The woman cop did not offer any resistance because she was scared," sources alleged. While the Havaldar was busy in allegedly teasing the woman cop, someone clicked the photograph and leaked it to press and other people in Poonch district, sources said. Sources said though some other cops at the police station witnessed the Havaldar's alleged shameful act, no one dared to stop him from teasing their colleague. This must be the first reported case of a male cop teasing a woman cop inside a police station, but there are several instances of sexy police officers of the rank of SSPs and above teasing their subordinate women staff. While some of the victims had also lodged complaints against their seniors, no action was taken against them. In two such incidents, a woman cop, who was later posted at the residence of ex-chief Minister Farooq Abdullah, and a woman Inspector (now DSP in Srinagar) had lodged complaints of sexual harassment against a SSP in an armed battalion which has its office at Chhani Himmat.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
