Sr police officer's cellphone doesn't have incoming facility 11/20/2015 12:17:10 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 18: Despite the fact that he is working in a militancy affected state where emergency situations can arise anytime, the mobile phone of a senior police officer does not have the incoming call facility. Astonishingly, he has not paid the monthly bill of his mobile phone as a result of which the service provider has barred the incoming call facility. "This shows that the police officer is non-serious towards his duties and the department. How can he do so? How will the department contact him in case an emergency? This shows that he does not take his job seriously," a police officer said and added that his subordinates were non-serious too.
