Udh Admin bulldozes illegal structure on SMVDU road 11/20/2015 12:16:55 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 19: Continuing its drive against encroachments on state land, the District Administration Udhampur today removed structure illegally constructed on the government land on Manthal - Shri Mata Vashanavo Devi University (SMVDU) Road Karkyal. Official spokesperson said, "On the direction of Deputy Commissioner Dr Shaid iqbal Choudhary, the concerned Tehsildar Sapna Kotwal demolished the pucca structure erected illegally by some locals on government land. "The encroacher has allegedly started construction on the government land on the both sides of Manthal -Karyal university road," official added. Official added that some local residents have made complained before the Udhampur administration in this regard acting swiftly against land grabbers Tehsildar along with his team and police demolish all such structures and warned such elements to desist from such activity otherwise legal action will be initiated against them. Meantime Tehsildar Udhampur has issued direction to revenue field staff Patwaris to visit their areas regularly and if they find any encroachment on state land they should immediately brought it into her notice so that immediate action could be initiated .   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
