Indecent act in Budhal police station: HC suspended 11/20/2015 11:49:24 PM Early Times Report RAJOURI, Nov 20: After a photograph wherein a Head Constable (HC) was shown indulged in an indecent act with a woman Special Police Officer (SPO) in Budhal Police Station of Rajouri district went viral yesterday, the head constable was placed under suspension pending inquiry Friday. The head constable namely Zakir Hussain, who was also 'Munshi' at Budhal Police Station was suspended by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rajouri Rajeshwar Singh after a photograph of the former sitting in the lap of a woman SPO inside the police station while being in uniform went viral on social media. Rajeshwar Singh said, "The head constable involved in the indecency inside police station has been suspended and attached with District Police Lines and Deputy SP (Operations) has been directed to investigate the matter." SSP further said that as per initial investigation the photograph was probably taken in the month of August and nobody will be spared and will be taken to task for such indecencies inside the police stations. On the other hand, SPO shown in the photograph denied any act of indecency and said, "As the head constable, Zakir Hussain came inside the room and being a senior I offered him a chair and instead of taking chair he sat in my lap for few seconds to get an information from the official (also shown sitting in civil in the photograph) and left the room. Somebody has clicked the photo during that time". She further said that she was mother of three children, including two daughters and can't involve in such vulgar activities with the head constable Zakir Hussain, who she considers as her father. She was appointed as Special Police Officer (SPO) after hers husband Chain Singh was killed by the militants along with other family members in 2007 and since then she is working in the Budhal police station.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
