BJP leader missing since last 18 days, Police starts investigation | | | Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Kishtwar, Nov 20: Senior Bhartiya Janta Party from Kishtwar identified by the police sources as Jagdeep Singh son of Subash Chander resident of Matta Kishtwar has gone missing after he left his house on November, 2, 2015 to attend BJP rally at Chaderkot Ramban. As per the details available with "Early Times", the brother of the missing BJP leader namely Inder Deep Singh lodged a missing complaint with police station Kishtwar that his 43 year old younger brother Jagdeep Singh had not returned home after he left his home on November, 2, 2015 and accordingly Kishtwar police registered missing report vide DDR No. 3 dated 9-11-2015 and today issued a look out notice for missing BJP leader. A senior police officer said that police after registering missing report has started investigation into the mysterious disappearance of the said BJP leader and added that police were also questioning the friends and the family members of the missing BJP leaders who had minor daughter out of the wedlock with his divorced wife. The police are also scrutinizing the call details of the missing BJP leader to track his location before his disappearance. Police said that the case is being investigated from all possible angles and all the police stations had been informed about the missing of BJP leader. Minister of State for Revenue, R&B Sunil Kumar Sharma also held a detailed meeting with senior police officers of Kishtwar District. He also constituted the teams of various youths to search for the missing BJP leader. |
