CSA holds meet 11/21/2015 12:02:04 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov. 20: A meeting of Apex Body and Core Group of Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association Jammu Province was held which was attended by Ravi Singh Bhau, President, Ravinder Singh (Planning), Sukhbir Singh, Gen. Secretary and other office bearers of the association. While addressing the meeting Ravi Singh Bhau condemned the anti clerical cadre policies of the State Government who after reaching numbers of agreements failed to meet the just and genuine demands of the clerical cadre. Lambasting the dilly-dallying attitude of the State Government he alleged that the government is hoodwinking the clerical cadre by giving false assurances and non-implementation of its various agreements. He appealed the Chief Minister to intervene in the matter so that orders for removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre issued at the earliest. He further said when the Pay Anomaly Committee has already submitted its report and the the State Government accepted and implemented recommendations of Pay Anomaly Committee of Revenue and Home Departments ignoring the Clerical Cadre demanding its immediate implementation in favour of clerical cadre. He said that such type of step motherly treatment has augmented resentments in the cadre and compelled the clerical cadre to come on the road once again pointing out that the Central Government is going to implement 7th Pay Commission but the State Government has failed to implement the recommendations of Pay Anomaly Committee in favor of clerical cadre.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
