Sikh community stages protest against Custodian Department 11/26/2015 11:19:49 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Nov 26: Sikh community of district Rajouri protested against Custodian department for harassing only Sikh family in Sunderbani who have possession more than 30 years only 7 kanal land from khasra number 355 & there are 4 thousands kanals Custodian land in Sunderbani block but department want to evict only innocent Sikh family. District Gurdwara Pravandak committee (DGPC) urged to Chief minister for inquiring this matter and soon community will lodged a case in high court and complaints to different agencies against Custodian department corrupt officers. According to reports this protest was under the chairmanship President of district Gurdwara Pravandak committee (DGPC) Bopinder Singh Tiger and retired captain Balwant Singh addressed to hundreds of Sikh community people. They said Custodian department is giving a great loss only Sikh family in Sunderbani since 2009 by the some false complaints of some land mafia of Sunderbani. They said land mafia of Sunderbani have already grabbed forest land, evacuees property, illegal occupied old GREFF road and built a buildings on khasra number 2813 in Sunderbani market administration only taking action against minority Sikh community.
