Rajouri, Nov 26: Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture And Languages Sub Office Rajouri organized a composite Mushaira at Government High School Hathal Sunder Bani where poets from across the Tehsil presented their unpublished and latest poetry and mesmerized the audience.
Mohammad Hanif Head Master of the school was the chief Guest where as KK Khaki presided over the function. Mushaira was organised especially to pay tribute to Late Nathu Ram a poet of sunder Bani died in the month of October 2015. Dr. Alamdar Adam in his welcome Address underlined the activities of cultural Academy in the Pir Panjal region especially Sunder Bani,Nowshera and kalakote ,the poets includes KK Khaki, Sumit Sudan, Sanjeev Khajuria, Neeru Kanta, Amerjeet Sharma, Rampal Sharma, Shabana Anjum, Madan Mohan sharma, sham makolia,
Mushaira was conducted by Joginder Paul. Mohd Hanif in his presidential address spoke on the activities of Cultural Academy in context with Pir punjal region especially in sunder Bani area, he furthermore appreciated the working of cultural officer Dr. Alamdar Amdam. KK Khaki in his address spoke on the life and contribution of nathu ram in the society and moral development of this area, he also appreciated the working and activities of sub office Rajouri under the dynamic leadership of cultural officer, Birbal Sharma also spoke on the life and contribution of late. |
