BGSA felicitates new VC BGSBU 11/26/2015 11:21:34 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Nov 26: Baba Ghulam Shah Academy (BGSA), Thanamandi founded by Khurshid Bismal, organized a function to felicitate Prof Javaid Musarat , new Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri. Prof Javaid Musarat was the chief guest while Principal District & Sessions Judge (Poonch) Tahir Khurshid Raina was the guest of honor on this occassion. In his welcome address, Khurshid Bismal highlighted the contours of BGSBU movement and described VC, Prof Javaid Musarat,VC as harbinger of good days for the University. "The university will progress immensely and become citadel of learning on the academic field of the country. He hoped that soon BGSBU will come out of the mess which it has experienced in the recent past" said Bismil. While highlighting the role of BGSA in the establishment of BGSBU he said that it lead the foundation movement for the university as well as for many other educational institutions in Rajouri &Poonch districts. Other speakers also highlighted the importance of BGSBU and conveyed their serious concern about the unfortunate developments that has taken place in the university and hoped that under the stewardship of new VC , the university will touch high pedestal.
