JAMMU, Nov 26: Sant Rocha Singh (SRS) Degree College bagged the overall trophy securing highest 26 points in the maiden Inter-college Gatka competition, organised by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu, on the campus here today.
Earlier, SRS College and Mahant Bachiter Singh (MBS) College Soti Fari and Single Soti team events respectively. The winners and runners-up teams were given away the prizes by Director Sports, Prof Dhian Singh Bhau.
Others present were Manmeet Singh, Balbir Singh Chib, Dr Brij Baloria, Gagan Kumar, Janak Singh, Tejinder Singh and Amritpal Singh. PD Singh of JU was event incharge.

Single Soti: MBS Collegee (Simranjeet Singh, Harjot Singh, Avideep Singh), Ist; Sant Rocha Singh College (Gurpreet Singh, Yashpreet Singh, Harpreet Singh), 2nd and MAM College (Ramandeep Singh, Harshdeep Singh,Karanpreet Singh), 3rd.
