| Two held for sodomizing 3 yrs old | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 26: Police have arrested two persons today for allegedly sodomizing a three years old boy here in city outskirts under the jurisdiction of Narwal Police. A case unfed appropriate sections stands registered in this regard.
The accuse have identified as Kamlesh Choudhary s/o Munna Choudhary r/o Purani Basti near Ramleela Mandir Gori Gate, Madhya Pradesh and Raju kumar s/o Bachu Lal r/o Parsandi Kesar Ganj, Uttar Pradesh at present Channi Rama.
As per police sources, the accused were arrested based on the complaint of the victim's parents that their 3 years old boy was sodomized.
Sources said, "One Bodh Raj s/o Sain Dass r/o Channi Rama Jammu lodged complaint with police alleging therein that two above said youths Kamlesh Choudhary and Raju Kumar presently residing in Channi Rama have committed unnatural sex with his three years old boy.
Based on the complaint police registered the case under FIR No 287/2015 u/s 377/342/34/RPC and conducted raid to possible hide out of accused and arrested them. Police sources said that furher investigations are on in this regard. |
