PDD daily wager electrocuted 12/20/2015 10:42:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 20: A daily wager of Power Development Department (PDD) was electrocuted while he was busy in repairing work at Jourian town. The deceased has been identified as Neeraj Kumar son of Kastori Lal of Garhi Nanda Jourian. Police sources said that today at 5.45 pm a daily wager worker of PDD department was electrocuted when he was repairing an electric transformer in Jourian town. Later, hundreds of locals staged protest keeping body of the deceased on Akhnoor-Jourian and raised slogans against the Power Department. The protestors were demanding action against the employee who switched the power supply when the deceased was busy in repairing work.
