Jammu, Dec 20 : Shiv Shakti Sena, J&K today organized a protest demonstration at Near Press Club, Jammu, against the CA&PD
Department and the present Govt. led by Mufti Mohd. Sayeed, Chief Minister J&K, for causing undue harassment to the general public in the name of renewal of Ration Cards.
Rakesh Gupta, President Shiv Shakti Sena, J&K said that the Department is demanding the formalities like State Subject Certificate, Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book, LPG connection No. from each person for the Ration card holders. Since all the persons do not possess all these formalities, then how it is possible for them to avail fresh ration card or get their ration cards renewed. Gupta asked the authorities that why public is harassed in the name of completion of the formalities and why these details are not collected at the time of asking for votes.
He further urged upon the BJP to raise voice against this issue in the J&K Legislative Assembly, as the public has all hopes from this party and it should not demoralize the general public . |
