Worst condition of water pipes irks people of Poonch 1/25/2016 12:20:10 AM Early Times Report Poonch, Jan 24: The worst condition of drinking water pipe lines is causing great suffering to the people of Kot in Poonch District. In city of Poonch adjacent to the main bus stand, it was found that the pipe line is tattered in front of the Bharat Sanchar National Limited (BSNL) exchange. Sources said that the water comes out from tattered pipes which is creating nuisance for the public.
