PCC holds protest against authoritarian attitude of Modi govt 4/6/2016 12:36:40 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 5 : Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) along with District Congress Committee Jammu, Urban and Frontal Organizations today staged protest demonstration against authoritarian and undemocratic attitude of Modi government toward congress ruled states at Press Club Jammu. According to press release, the protest led by Raman Bhalla (former Minister), Vice President JKPCC and other senior leaders of the party in which they alleged the NDA government led by Narendra Modi has been adopting an undemocratic attitude and imposing Governor rule over the democratic elected government. Addressing the gathering, Bhalla said that a nation vide protest was organized by All India Congress Committee to expose the autocratic and authoritarian attitude of BJP. The democracy is being murdered in two states by the imposition of Governor rule in States like Arunachal and now recently in Uttrakhand. He said that he democratically elected government was uprooted by cheap and corrupt machination of BJP and even without the mandatory floor test, the government was toppled and imposed Governor rule. He said that the floor test is the only way in democracy to ascertain the strength of any elected government. Prominent among those who attended the protest march included Vice President and former minister Mula Ram, General Secretaries Th.
