PDD casual workers go on 'pen down strike' 4/6/2016 12:36:48 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 5 : Highlighting different demands All Jammu province Daily Wager/Casual/Need Based Union Workers Power Development Department (PDD) serving in different divisions of Elect Maintt RE & System and Operating wing CP Workers today started their protest and kaam chhodo hartal here today. Led by President Arvind Sharma and Akhil Sharma the protestors started their protest and Kaam Choro Hartaal in front of Divisional commissioner Power office, Janipur, Jammu as a mark of non release of wages to casual/need based workers from wages Head and regularization of Daily Wager & S&O Wing workers who have completed seven years. Speakers addressing the protestors also appealed workers of PDD to join the ongoing agitation of Kaam Chhoro Hartaal at DCP office Janipur, Jammu. They also highlighted their long pending demands including Wages Head allotted to Casual/Need Based Workers of EM&RE wing PDD, regularization to Daily Wager who have completed 07 years, DPC in fast track mode, regularization policy to Casual/Need Based Workers of EM&RE & S&O Wing PDD, conversion to PDL/TDL to Casual/Need Based Workers-PDD and removed of Salary Gap in Vijaypur EM&RE Division-PDD and etc.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
