Anti encroachment drive launched 5/14/2016 11:06:04 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, May 14: Rajouri police conducted an extensive anti encroachment drive in Old City and removed encroachment made by shop keepers to decongest the market area. According to police reports, Police team led by SHO Rajouri Chaman Gorkha alongwith In Charge Police Post (City) Mohd Fareed conducted the drive in the stretch from Old Bus Stand leading to City Chowk and Tehsil Office in Rajouri. "The police team removed encroachments created illegally by shop keepers extending ahead of their shops and eating up space of the road and creating a huge mess for the common man, reports said. Police team also challened about 21 shop keepers for making encroachments on the roads and causing inconvenience to general public.
