BJP ministers'' surrender' worries leadership; top leaders in Delhi to brief high command | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 14: Resentment brewing in the BJP over failure of party ministers in the coalition regime to pursue nationalist agenda in the Government. There is feeling among party leaders that BJP ministers in the Government are surrendering on every important issues be it Sainik Colony, NEET or non implementation of new industrial policy in the state. Group of senior leaders have already rushed to New Delhi to complain about surrendering approach being adopted by the party ministers. State president Sat Sharma along with Ashok Koul have reached Delhi to meet with Central leadership to sound high command about virtual surrender of party ministers on all issues. Credible sources revealed that leadership is worried over the way party ministers are being retracting on all important issues. The leadership is specifically worried over handling of Sainik Colony issue and Government decision to revisit new industrial policy. Debarring non state subject industrialists from investment in Jammu and Kashmir has added worries of BJP. And most important of all, state Government is following dictates of pro Pakistan leaders is another matter of concerned for the BJP leadership. |
