Absconder arrested after 03 yrs 5/14/2016 11:08:04 PM Early Times Report Banihal, May 14: Banihal Police today claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for the last three years for his alleged involvement in abduction and other crimes. According to police spokesperson , police team from Banihal Police Station on specific input about presence of absconder conducted a raid at Bagkura Srinager and arrested an absconder/kidnapper , who was at large since 2013. "The accused has been identified as Mohd Yoqoub Gujjar s/o Qadir Gujjar of Phagoo Doligam, police said, adding, " the accused was involved in a case registered under FIR No 157/2013 u/s 447/379/427 RPC and a case under FIR No: 94/2014 u/s 363 RPC registered at P/S Banihal. Police said that one girl of Banihal too has also been recovered who was kidnapped by above said accused.
