RC Doda wins 12th Gufran C'ship 5/17/2016 10:33:18 PM Doda, May 17: Royal Challengers Doda registered their win by beating Asraria Cricket Club Kishtwar (ACC) in the ongoing All India 12th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2016 at Sports Stadium Doda. The tournament is organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda and sponsored by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion Doda. Earlier Royal Challengers Doda after winning the toss elected to bowl first. While batting, ACC Kishtwar set a target of 148 runs for the loss of 07 wickets in 18 overs. Saleem and Mubashir scored 41 and 39 runs respectively. From Royal Challengers Doda, Zahid and Umar shared 03 wickets each. In reply, Royal Challengers Doda team managed to chase down the stipulated target in 17 overs for the loss of 08 wickets. Nitin was the highest scorer who scored 68 runs while Ikhlaq contributed 27 runs for the team. From ACC Kishtwar, Fida and Amir Ahmed take 03 and 02 wickets. Later on Nitin of Royal Challengers Doda was declared as Man of the Match for his best batting performance.
