Raman Samnotra has been unanimously elected as the Secretary of Jammu Club for the term 2016 - 2018, in a meeting of the Managing Committee held today under the Chairmanship of B. R. Sharma Chief Secretary, J & K Govt. and Vice President of Jammu Club, Jammu. Er.
