Powerful JA of Industries dept survives detachment from Secretariat 5/22/2016 11:24:10 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 22: The political clout enjoyed by a junior assistant could be gauged from the fact that after Governor rule the popular government headed by new chief minister has also been facing tremendous pressure to keep him in his original place of posting. Sources informed Early Times that the Junior Assistant originally posted in DIC Doda, has been enjoying attachment in civil secretariat for the last nearly eight years due to close association with former Minister of Industries Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo and now with MLA of Kishtwar Sunil Sharma. Interestingly, this Junior Assistant , Firdous Ahmed Bhawani was so much proficient for the Ministers that every politician or Minister Doda region irrespective of party affiliations National Conference, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and Congress, appease him due to some reasons best known to these politicians. "The JE had also enjoyed his stay with a former Minister of Congress party Abdul Gani Malik, then with Minister of NC, Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo and now with a minister of BJP", sources said, adding that even former Financial Commissioner Khurshid Ahmed Ganai had also detached him and placed him at DIC Doda, but this powerful JA never joined. He had got himself reattached in the personal section of former Industry Minister CP Ganga according to order issued by Joint Director (M&P/Admn) Directorate of Industries and Commerce vide no. Estt/J/481/192-97 dated 20/5/2015, during his stint as Industry Minister during Mufti Mohammad Sayeed regime. Sources further said that during Governor rule in state, all the attachments were cancelled by Governor but this powerful JA didn't join his posting in DIC Doda. "During governor rule also, this JA exerted pressure on the officials and the then Financial Commissioner attached him to civil secretariat along with the post", sources said, adding that after taking reins of state, the new dispensation has also failed to get the JA, working in his original place of posting and this JA has been enjoying stay in civil secretariat for the last many months and soon would be working with some minister of BJP, unofficially.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
