AIBCU celebrates 125th birth anniversary of Dr Ambedkar 5/22/2016 11:30:32 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, May 22: All India Backward Classes Union celebrated 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar at Dak Bunglow here today. According to press release, a large number of people belonging to OBCs /SCs/STs attended the programme which was held under the presidentship of District President Fida Hussain Ahanger in which Prof Kali Dass, State General Secretary along with his Central Committee members was the Chief guest and MR Bangotra (Rtd. CEO) was the guest of honour. On this occasion, Sandokh Chand Jammu province president highlighted the deeds done by Dr Ambedkar for the upliftment of the poor by incorporating the rights of equality for everyone and for any one. Prof. Kali Dass Congratulated all the successful candidates for the IAS examination of 2015 in which 499 open category, 341 OBCs, 71 Sc and 89 STs qualified to IAS. This is because of the efforts of Dr.Ambedkar that those who were treated backwards have attained such highest status in the society. South Kashmir president M.Sajaad Hussain however said that AIBCU has informed the Dy. Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh in its delegated meet at Vijaypur on 24-04-2016 and a similar programme shall be organised in Srinagar in which Mehbooba Mufti shall the Chief Guest. Other who shared their views includes Raj Kumar, Rajinder Kumar, Buti Ram, Distt. Prseident Kishtwar Fida Hussain Ahanger, Ramesh Kumar Distt. President Udhampur, Khurshid Ahanger Distt. Gen.
