Corrupt official makes fortunes in ICDS project 5/22/2016 11:53:15 PM MS Nazki Early Times Report Mendhar, May 22: Despite pending inquiry against the official of ICDS project Mendhar who was attacked with DC office in Corrupt charges, he has been making fortunes again with the connivance of seniors. Junior assistant in ICDS project Mendhar, Mushtaq Ahmed was found involved in corrupt practices earlier including Rs. 7.5 lakh nutrition scam for which a team of inquiry was constituted by DDC Poonch vide his letter no. DCP/PA/3427-32 dated January 2016. The inquiry team headed by ACR Poonch and Dy Litigation officer Poonch were asked to submit report before the DDC while Jr. Assist Mustaq Ahmed along with 2 other supervisiors where shifted and attached with DC office sources said. Due to the patronage of CDO, Parveen Chowdhary the Junior Assistant was again assigned his previous job and he began to make fortunes again despite the pending inquiry against him, sources said, adding that CDO has been allegedly shielding the blue eyed employees while as the workers and helpers were denied their dues, they further added.
