Explanation from five Pvt Schools for 'vacation' order's violation sought | | | Early Times Report
rajouri, May 25: Chief Education Officer (CEO) Rajouri has called explanations from the principal/ management of five private schools for violation of government order to observe holidays between May 21-28 due to prevailing heat wave. The schools which found violating the government order No 177 edu of 2016 dt 20/5/10 include Army Valley View Public School (AVVPS). Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Rajouri vide his office letter ZEOR/438 dt 24/5/2016 has informed the Chief Education Officer that on 24/5/2016 when he visited the AVVPS it was functioning and he was not allowed by the principal/school administration to enter the school premises (gate). Taking serious note of the ZEO's report, Ch Altaf Hussain has directed the principal, AVVPS to explain his/her position within two days by visiting his office personally. Meanwhile District Education Project Officer (DEPO) also found Alpine Public School (Panjgrain), L K Public School, Khan Education School, Gareev Nawaz Education Institution (all at Manjakot) functioning despite government order to observe holidays. "Principals/Management of these schools have been asked to explain their positions within two days. |
