AD CAPD detaches Chowkidar's working as Salesman/Storekeeper Marwah ration scam: 5/26/2016 12:08:40 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, May 25: Soon after assuming charge of Assistant Director Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) Department, newly posted Assistant Director (AD) CAPD Kishtwar ordered immediate detachment of Night Chowkidar working as in charge Salesmen or Storekeeper in Marwah and Warwan areas of Kishtwar District. Pertinently the two remote areas has hit media limelight for several ration scandal in past and latest one earlier this year which came to the forefront after "Early Times" carried a detailed news on Marwah Ration Scandal. As per the details available with "Early Times", AD CAPD Kishtwar vide his official order AD/CAOD/K/2015-16/336 dated 24-05-2014 has ordered that all the Night Chowkidars working as I/C Salesman/ Storekeeper in Marwah and Warwan area have been detached by the Director CAPD Jammu and are attached in the AD Office Kishtwar. He also directed these Night Chowkidars to report in the office of AD CAPD Kishtwar within a period of two days positively for further duties.
