Poor BSNL Service leaves consumers irked in Rajouri, Poonch 6/1/2016 12:05:57 AM Early Times Report Poonch, May 31: Alleged Poor services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) apparently have left the BSNL consumers in Rajouri-Poonch irked as the services continued to remain defunct in Rajoiuri and Poonch districts. According to the locals, the BSNL services including landline, cellular services and internet services are not functioning in two border districts for the last many months. "Apart from phone services, the internet services too are poor which further is adding woes to the consumers," a local from Rajouri added. An owner of a Cyber cafe Parveen Kumar lamented that the internet service remains off more than fifteen days a month and worst affected are the students who are aspiring to fill application and admission forms but had to sit hours together at cyber cafes just to fill one form due to poor internet connectivity. Majority of BSNL consumers told Early Times that the student and business community are facing lot of difficulties due to poor BSNL services. "it is unjustified that the BSNL service remains off more than fifteen days but it charges rent for the fuill month," some lamented. Meanwhile some students rued that they suffered due to the poor network as they failed to complete their application forms and for many posts the deadline has been completed. Local also said that all internet connected offices remains un functional due to abortive service of BSNL and demand all offices should be function on private mobile network companies. They lamented they are standing in odd position when they find them cut off from connectivity while all those who have opted the private cellular service providers are enjoying hassle free connectivity of mobile and internet as well.
