JDA demolishes illegal structure 6/1/2016 12:06:06 AM Jammu, May 31: Taking swift action against encroacher, who had raised illegal construction forcefully over JDA land in Khasra No.92 village Chak Chagerwan on pretext of fake revenue documents & taking advantage of holiday. The enforcement wing of JDA took cognizance of encroachment of a structure and compound wall which was raised over JDA land after authentication revenue documents & seeking proper demarcation from Revenue Department on spot and got demolished the illegal structure and compound wall. Tehsildar Jammu North Dr. Javid Rather was approached by Revenue Team of JDA for authentication/demarcation of revenue documents of Khasra No. 92, Village Chak Chagerwan in reference to revenue papers procured by encroacher claiming the land in question is pvt. and belong to him.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
