ABVP felicitates academic toppers, sport persons 8/9/2016 11:29:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 9: Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad organised a function "Pratibhashali Chatra Samman Samaroh" to honour the students who excelled in various activities including academic, sports, NCC,NSS and cultural activities. The chief Guest of the programme was Priya Sethi (MoS for Education, J&K Govt.) who distributed prizes to about 230 students. She also distributed prizes to the toppers of Sunil Padha Memorial Gyan Pratiyogita held in 2015 conducted by ABVP J&K. Dr. Virender Koundal (Sr. Assistant Professor, Dept. Of Econamics, JU) was the Chief Spokesperson who threw light on the working and various activities of ABVP and inform the students about the role of ABVP to Re-build the Nation. Anil Padha was the programme convener.
