PHE workers' holds protest demonstration 8/29/2016 11:23:25 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Aug 29: Public Health Engineering (PHE) ITI Trained and CP Workers Association held a protest demonstration in support of their long pending demands, here today. Addressing the gathering association provincial president Tanveer Ahmed said that many of us have been working as daily wage and need base workers for past more than a decade, but despite assurances by successive state governments no step has been taken to regularise our services. He further said the workers have been raising the demand for their regularisation for the past several months but the authorities did not pay heed. He accused the PDP-BJP government has not keeping their pre-poll promise to redress the grievances of the daily wage PHE workers.
