Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept. 2 : Jammu and Jammu registered emphatic wins in the ongoing J&K Peace T20 Championship for Jammu School boys at Parade Ground and Sehwag Academy Heritage School which is being organized by Vishal Cricket Club Jammu and District Sports Council Jammu in collaboration with Sehwag Academy under the supervision of Rajesh Gill Former Ranji Player. The Slogan of the event is " Lets' Play for Peace". The Organizing Committee members includes Vinay Gupta, Vijay Saberwal, Vivek Sharma, Vivek Shekher, Rajesh Dhar, RP Singh, Madan Mohan, Deepak Baba, Vivek Singh, Ravi Sharma, Jagtar Singh, Gurupartap Singh and Suresh Singh. In Group-A Matches at Parade Ground, Jammu Superstars defeated Jammu Kings by 13 runs . Batting first, Jammu Superstars scored 106 runs in 18 overs for 8 wickets, with Smarpit (34 ), Ritvik (15),Gurdaat (13) and Rohan (10) being the main scorers. From bowling side Usmaan took 2 wickets while Aparjit,Hanzla and Devvats took one wicket each . Jammu Kings XI , in reply could not achieved the target and made 93 runs in the stipulated 18 overs for the lost of 7 wickets, with Aparjit (47) and Kannav (15 ) were the main scorer , from bowling side Yugan Dhar took 2 wickets while Smarpit, Praful, Nalin and Surinder took 1 wicket each . Smarpit was adjudged man of the match. The matches were officiated by Sadiq Hussain, , Vinod , Abrar and Suhail.
