Motrar shell recovered 9/7/2016 11:20:41 PM Early Times Report SAMBA, Sept 7: A rusted mortar shell was recovered from Rakh Amb Tali near SIDCO Lane here today. The shell was spotted lying at a deserted place at Rakh Amb Tali by Jagdish Raj who informed police. Soon thereafter, cops rushed to the spot and stopped the movement of people, police sources said. When reports last came in, efforts were being made by cops to defuse the shell, sources informed.
