Minor girl allegedly kidnapped 9/7/2016 11:27:05 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Sept 7: A minor girl allegedly was kidnapped by village Damnote in Tehsil Panchari in Udhampur District a day ago. A case stands registered in this regard. Police sources said, "Following a written complainant lodged by family members with Police Station Panchari alleging therein that their 16 year old minor girl a student of 10th class Govt HSS Damnote was kidnapped by a Parveen son of Payar Singh of Damnote a day ago." Accordingly Panchari police registered a case in this regard under FIR No 36/16 u/s 363 RPC and started investigations. Under supervision of SSP Udhampur Mohd Suleman Choudhary, the Station House Officer (SHO) Panchari constituted a Police team which conducted different raids to arrest the accused and rescue the girl.
