JTC demands release of ration supplies for KP 9/16/2016 11:18:08 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 16: Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front J&K today demanded release of ration supplies for three months in favour Kashmiri Pandit Community. According to press release, a meeting of JKT and SKF was held at Jagti under leadership Shadi Lal Pandita, during the meeting various issues were discussed and the participants have expressed their grave concern over the attitude of Relief Organisation (M) Jammu as well Consumer Affairs and Public distribution department for depriving the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant relief holders of ration supplies for the months of March, April and May 2016. Pandita while addressing the participants has said that Relief Commissioner was approached for ensuring release of ration to the Migrant relief holders for the above said months wherein the then Relief Commissioner Relief Organisation (M) Jammu had assured that the ration amounts for the months of March, April and May 2016 will be credited to the respective accounts of the Migrant relief holders which has not been done as yet putting the migrant relief holders to lot of financial sufferings. Pandita has demanded that the present Relief Commissioner Relief Organisation (M) should look into the matter personally and ensure release of ration moneys for the above said months in favour of the relief holders by crediting the amounts to their respective Bank Accounts at an earliest. Most of the migrant employees serving in different departments in Kashmir valley who have been forced to leave lot of sufferings by withholding their monthly salaries for last about three months.
