SGDC appreciates VC JDA for removing illegal encroachment | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 16: Shamshan Ghat Development Committee (SGDC) Bahu Fort today appreciated VC JDA for removing encroached land. According to press release a meeting of SGDC was held today, speaking on the occasion Sham Lal Basson-Convener, SGDC alleged that that five kanals of land was encroached by Shabir Ahmed Shah son of Mohd. Abdullah Shah resident of Kulgam at present Mohalla Jeevan Shah Talab Khatikan. The matter of this land grabbing was brought to the notice of V. C JDA JMC Jammu, Div. Commissioner- Jammu, Deputy Commissioner-Jammu, Inspector General of Police-Jammu Zone, SSP Jammu by Shamshan Ghat Development Committee for the removal of this shuttering material. This shuttering material was dumped on 14th Nov. 2015. Staff of JDA, JMC under the direction of Mubarakh Singh Vice Chairman, JDA removed the shuttering material today i.e16/09/2016. "It is appreciable work of Mubarkh Singh under whose direction these shuttering materials was removed. The SGDC thanked Divisional Commissioner- Jammu, V.C JDA, JMC, who have helped in removal of encroachment over five kansls land under Khasra No. 179 and 180. It is pertinent to mention here that Shabir Ahmed Shah S/o Mohd Abdullha has been detained under PSA", he added. |
